Joseph McCann is accused of raping an eleven-year-old boy.
An alleged serial rapist who is accused of raping a boy, 11, is still refusing to appear in court.
He has been charged with 21 sexual offences against eight alleged victims over a two-week period between April 21 and May 5. McCann, from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, is also accused of kidnapping several other women and raping them at their home and in their car. He said at the plea hearing Old Bailey in London: ‘Unlike the sending procedure in the Magistrates Court, he is not required to attend for what we are doing today.
