“Ito ay upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ng nakakarami dito sa ating bayan. Kaya ‘wag po sana kayo magagalit kung kayo ay mapauwi pansamantala hanggang wala pa kayong health certificate ,” Salamat wrote on his Facebook page.
