Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and his Indian counterpart have been paraded around a massive 132,000 seat stadium in Ahmedabad ahead of the final Test match between the two countries.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed Mr Albanese to the world’s largest stadium - which is named in his honour - for an opening ceremony and the first hour of the final Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test match on Thursday.
Mr Albanese then linked arms with captain Steve Smith for the Australian National Anthem while the Indian Prime Minister stood alongside captain Rohit Sharma for the singing of their anthem.
