The Opposition leader said there were children in the NT town who were 'too afraid to go home at night-time', so were 'committing crimes out in the streets'.
Mr Dutton said the Government was failing to listen to the voices of Aboriginal people concerned about the crime and child protection issues plaguing the Central Australian town.
Mr Dutton called for a Royal Commission into the “unconscionable” sexual abuse of Aboriginal children after visiting Alice Springs last October.
