Opposition and Greens say Albanese government promised greater transparency but is failing to live up to integrity mandate
The Albanese government has been accused of “blatant hypocrisy” by its political opponents as more than 2,000 requests for answers remain unanswered in the Senate.

“Having come to office promising greater transparency, its failure to answer Senate questions by the due date is in effect, contempt not only of the Senate, but Australians who rightly expect ministers be held to account.”
