The Ajax Mayor’s Gala is picking the Grandview Kids Foundation as its Charity of Choice for the next two years.
Funds raised through the gala are aimed at helping the foundation build its new headquarters in Ajax. The town has previously donated five acres of land for the new building, which will offer medical, clinical and rehabilitation services for children and their families.This year’s Mayor’s Gala is set for June 3, at the Audley Recreation Centre.
“This year’s attendees can expect an evening at the carnival like they’ve never experienced including incredible performances, guilty-pleasure foods, and midway favourites,” said Ajax Mayor Shaun Collier.
