AirAsia expands China market with new flights . FMTNews FMTBusiness
With the addition of new flights to China, AirAsia is raising its share of the low-cost market in the East Asian country to 45%.
AirAsia will resume flying twice a week from Kuala Lumpur to Shantou on June 16, and four flights weekly from July. This will increase AK’s share of the low-cost market in China to 45%, taking into account the resumption of flights to and from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanning, Wuhan, Kunming, Macao and Hong Kong.
