Sivakumar and his delegation to airasia academy’s training and learning centre where the two parties held formal discussions with airasia academy led by its CEO Aireen Omar.
In a statement, airasia academy said one of the key objectives was to fortify the skill sets of Technical and Vocational Education and Training students, while also enhancing the digital and soft skills of MOHR staff. “airasia academy is committed to advancing Malaysia's digital economy by empowering individuals with the skills required to thrive in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Our collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources is a resolute step towards upskilling and reskilling Malaysians with the requisite proficiencies. Together, we are poised to make a resounding impact on skills development and economic growth,” she added.
For example, airasia ride drivers have the opportunity to upskill and reskill themselves by participating in training and learning programmes provided by airasia academy, allowing them to advance their careers in the digital and tech sectors.
