Ah Lai, Indomie instant noodles safe to eat, says KKMPutrajaya

Lab analyses done on samples of “Ah Lai White Curry Noodles” and “Indomie: Special Chicken Flavour” found that they are safe to eat and adhere to existing regulations, said health director-general Dr Radzi Abu Hassan.The two types of instant noodles were recalled on April 26, a day after the Taiwanese health authorities did the same after stating that they contained ethylene oxide — a chemical compound associated with lymphoma and leukaemia.
