Hakim kemudiannya menetapkan 10 dan 11 Jun ini sebagai tarikh perbicaraan kes manakala 16 Mei ditetapkan untuk sebutan bagi mengetahui perkembangan representasi berkenaan. Perbuatan itu didakwa dilakukan di tempat letak kereta sebuah pusat beli-belah di Brickfields di sini pada 5.26 petang 16 Jun tahun lepas mengikut Seksyen 268 Kanun Keseksaan, dan boleh dihukum mengikut Seksyen 290 kanun sama yang membawa hukuman denda maksimum RM400, jika sabit kesalahan.
