RCMP say man attacked two individuals; the individual's motivations are unknown
P.E.I. RCMP are warning the public about an individual with a sword who was last seen late last night around the Seacow Pond area. - File photosP.E.I.'s RCMP is continuing a search for a man who injured two people with a sword at the Seacow Pond beach late Friday evening.
"Three people were on that beach when they were approached by an unknown man who was wearing a dark coloured face mask," Moore told SaltWire in an interview. Moore did not share specific details about the sword, but described it as a"large, clearly sharp-edged weapon."
