Melbourne-based leadership and communications consultant Renne Giarrusso said receiving a handwritten note in the mail showed somebody had taken the time to think of us. Ms Giarrusso says receiving a handwritten letter shows that somebody is taking the time to think of us."My dad passed away when I was quite young and I have a box of letters that he wrote," she said.
