Actor TamerHassan gets emotional as he reveals he has family missing after Turkey earthquakes
British-Turkish actor Tamer Hassan fought back tears as he explained that he has family missing following Monday’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake and the various aftershocks that followed.the combined death toll from the earthquakes that hit Turkey and Syria has now reached more than 17,500, with tens of thousands more injured.
As Hassan later clarified the comments, he told the reporter: “We have family missing that haven’t been found. Due to the cold weather, we’re not hopeful. We’re quite worried,” fighting back tears.
