Today, Acer announced the arrival of the Predator Triton 14 for the Malaysian market. Available immediately at Acer eStore and Acer official stores on Shopee and Lazada, the starting recommended retail price is RM7599.
Weighing just 1.7kg, the Predator Triton 14 is equipped with a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H processor and the option of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 or RTX 4050 laptop GPU. It also supports up to 32GB of 6000MHz LPDDR5 RAM with 1TB PCIe NVMe Gen4 SSD of storage, as well as a nicely measured 14-inch IPS display.
Speaking of the display, it also features a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution , 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and up to 165Hz refresh rate. To keep the gaming machine cool, it has been integrated with Acer's custom-engineered 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D Fan Technology that allows Vortex Flow airflow optimization, as well as the cooling efficiency of the liquid metal thermal grease on the CPU.
In addition, the Predator Triton 14 comes equipped with the latest Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675i and a full range of ports including a MicroSD card reader. Its FHD camera comes with AI-enabled Purified View for improved images, automatic framing, advanced background blur and gaze correction for users.
Besides the RM7599 model, the other higher variant is RM8999. Customers who purchase a Predator Triton 14 before 16 July 2023 from Acer eStore and select Acer Concept Stores listed in Table 1 will be entitled to a free Nitro VG270 E monitor worth RM549 and one year Trend Micro Antivirus worth RM150.
