SUBIC BAY MASS HOUSING PROJECT. Housing Secretary Jose Rizalino Acusar shakes hands with Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority chairman Eduardo Jose Aliño following signing of an agreement for the construction of a 4PH project at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone intended for SBMA employees.

DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar said the housing project was in line with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program. He said that the socialized housing project will last up to 50 years, with the beneficiaries given a certificate of ownership of leasehold rights, instead of a title.
