Indigenous activist Warren Mundine said the government should be pursuing land reform, not the same thing that's been tried and failed 'about five times before'.
Speaking to Sky News Australia, Mr Mundine said the proposed Voice was the same approach to Indigenous affairs that had that has failed multiple times over the past 50 years. And putting it in the Constitution would leave Aboriginals stuck with a lemon when it fails.
