Premier Sarawak berkata kerajaan negeri sedia memberi peruntukan bagi projek penghasilan robot itu.
Abang Johari Openg berucap dalam Majlis Makan Malam Ulang Tahun Kelima Majlis Penyelidikan dan Pembangunan Sarawak .
Beliau berkata, Sarawak boleh mengambil inspirasi daripada robot jururawat “Grace the robot” yang membuat penampilan pada Kongres Inovasi dan Teknologi Dunia Ke-27 dan Persidangan Ekonomi Digital Antarabangsa Sarawak Keenam 2023, baru-baru ini. “Mungkin kita boleh gunakan nama berbeza yang lebih berciri Sarawak. Saya difahamkan ‘Grace the robot’ mempunyai lebih 4,000 motor pada kepalanya sahaja.
