Mayor Danny Breen called the issues a conflict between neighbours, and said it would not be appropriate for the city to create a bylaw to address one situation.The ongoing issues have led to multiple court actions so far, both criminal and civil. Way is facing two counts of mischief and a single count of extortion related to the lights and parking, and another man was recently charged with allegedly trying to remove the lights.
