The events add beer and wine and removes kids from the aquarium experience

That's what the Vancouver Aquarium is offering this summer, with their 'Fish and Sips' events.

Fish and Sips offers three things a normal visit to the aquarium doesn't. There will be beer, wine and snacks to enjoy as attendees wander the aquarium, it'll be a chance to go in the evening, and there will be no kids.
