Regional towns inundated or isolated by floods are being warned to brace for the worst flooding in decades as the Bureau of Meteorology advised residents another low pressure system is on the way.
There are 60 warnings in place on Tuesday across Victoria, with evacuation orders for Echuca, Echuca Village, Charlton, as well as for residents living around Bunbartha, north of Shepparton.

Offer ends 31 October, 2022 > “In other areas we do still have those peaks to come, so Echuca has received one peak but is expecting a second, so still more water to come through the system. “There’s been plenty of community engagement that’s been occurring with all of our volunteers with community meetings being held as well as significant sandbagging works that are occurring in vulnerable areas to be able to prevent significant flooding to key infrastructure," she said.
