With a stone and wood façade and a flat roofline, the home resembles a modern bungalow from the outside. There is a long stone walkway with lawn space and shrubbery on either side, and two trees. Floating wood stairs lead down to the main level, which is mostly above ground. On one side of this floor is a spacious family room with a polished concrete floor, cedar plank panels surrounding the ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace with a stone surround, a sliding-glass door walkout to the pool area, two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wet bar room, with an exposed stone wall and cedar plank ceiling.
A door opens to the dining room, which has a concrete floor, a cedar-plank ceiling, with a pendant light and pot lights, and a floor-to-ceiling window.
