Seramai 9,152 calon dipanggil temu duga bagi urusan pelantikan tetap untuk mengisi 4,914 kekosongan jawatan di KKM. – Gambar fail The Malaysian Insight, 7 April, 2023.
Jumlah kekosongan jawatan itu melibatkan 4,263 jawatan bagi Pegawai Perubatan Gred UD43, 335 jawatan untuk Pegawai Pergigian Gred UG41 dan 316 jawatan untuk Pegawai Farmasi Gred UF41. Syarat lain ialah calon tidak pernah meletak jawatan, tidak pernah ditamatkan perkhidmatan dan tidak pernah dikenakan tindakan tatatertib sepanjang tempoh kontrak; dan tidak pernah menolak tawaran pelantikan tetap.
