PUTRAJAYA: The Education Ministry has identified a total of 830 schools nationwide as having buildings that require replacement or redevelopment as of Jan 31.
It will prioritise replacing school buildings that fared poorest in an impact grade analysis, the ministry said in a statement on Monday .
Scale Six refers to buildings that are unsafe with confirmation of their status by the relevant district Education Office and state Education Department; Scale Seven refers to unsafe buildings as confirmed by the Public Works Department .
