Ms Panahi said President Biden recently delivered an “incomprehensible word salad” while talking about his sister. “We’ve seen Joe struggle with the simplest of concepts – he can’t remember who is alive or dead,” Ms Panahi said.“He’s even struggled to count to three – remember that.”
