And sometimes when you're absolutely sure you're not pregnant, you'll decline an alcoholic drink or mention your period is running late, and someone will accuse you of being pregnant. I had PMDD for my entire life. Sucked. However, it seems to have made perimenopause easy. A few hot flashes, that's it.
