50 PoP di Johor, tingkat kualiti internet luar bandar
JOHOR BAHRU: Sebanyak 50 hab rangkaian gentian optik titik kehadiran atau ‘Point of Presence’ akan disiapkan di negeri menjelang November ini demi meningkatkan kualiti rangkaian internet.
“Dalam Belanjawan 2023, kerajaan telah umumkan peruntukan RM725 juta untuk projek Pelan Jalinan Digital Negara dan sasaran kita di Johor adalah untuk wujudkan 50 PoP di bawah peruntukan ini. “Antara isu menyebabkan projek itu tidak dapat disiapkan tahun lalu adalah kerana menunggu kelulusan agensi berkaitan,” katanya ditemui selepas meninjau Bazar Ramadan Universiti Teknologi Malaysia , di sini semalam sambil mengedarkan bubur lambuk dan kurma.
