5 die in 2-car collision in Sibu

FIVE people, including a two-year-old boy, were killed in a collision involving two cars at Km64 of Jalan Sibu-Bintulu, near Sibu, today.

Those killed in the 10.09am crash, besides the boy, are Allesandro Collin Steward, Marcos Marican, 26; Marican @ Langkan Legi, 61; and Alicesha Bathrish Langi, 24. “The identity of the boy has yet to be ascertained,” said Selangau fire and rescue station chief Shukri Ab Rahim. He said five others were injured in the crash involving a Perodua Myvi and Kia Sportage. – Bernama, June 5, 2023.
