The police said they were alerted to a fight along Raffles Link at 3.05am on June 14.
The police utilised “use of force options”, which included police contact tactics and baton techniques, to de-escalate the situation and arrest the individuals.
Muhammad Azroy Jasni, 27, Mohamad Azhar Mohamad Bahagia, 23, Muhammad Shafiq Rosli, 31, and Mohammad Suhaimi Sulaiman, 30, were charged for being part of an unlawful assembly that had a common object of hurting six unknown Malay males.
