China’s world-beating electric vehicle industry, at the heart of growing trade tensions with the US and Europe, is set to receive a big boost from the government’s latest effort to accelerate growth.
KUALA LUMPUR: Some 4,500 film industry practitioners are set to get social security coverage following a memorandum of understanding signed between the Social Security Organisation and the National Film Development Corporation Malaysia .
He said the government would bear 90% of each recipient’s Socso contributions, and Finas would pay the remaining 10%. The MOU was signed by Socso chief executive officer Datuk Seri Dr Mohammed Azman Aziz Mohammed and his Finas counterpart, Datuk Azmir Saifuddin Mutalib.
