SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — At least 38 crime suspects were arrested in a series of operations in this province, police said Tuesday, Jan. 31.
Based on a report from the provincial police, 17 of those arrested from Jan. 23 to 29 were fugitives.It said that the weeklong operations also resulted in the arrest of 10 drug suspects and the confiscation of 35.9 grams of alleged “shabu” worth P244,120. Police also collared 10 more suspects in a crackdown on illegal gambling and another suspect for illegal fishing during the same period.
