The Quezon City government on Wednesday reported that 377,584 qualified recipients have received the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) cash assistance amounting to P3.02 billion.
After completing the SAP payout to the qualified recipients, the Quezon City government also reported that some P23.5 million were returned by residents who have already received financial assistance from the Social Security System , Department of Labor and Employment and from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program .
He assured that the qualified families who were not in the list of the the Department of Social Welfare and Development for the SAP due to limited funding will receive P4,000 cash assistance through the Quezon City SAP’’.
