Arta said Quezon City was able to increase revenues via eBOSS by P984.3 million in 2022, while Valenzuela City recorded an increase of almost P30 million. Manila, meanwhile, has seen its business tax revenues increase by P106.4 million year-to-date compared to the same period last year, Arta said.

Under the law, Arta said the digital hub must feature a unified application form and allow online uploading of required documents and issuance of electronic tax bills or order of payment. It must also allow the issuance of a valid electronic permit, an integrated online payment feature, and a link connecting to a physical courier for delivery of permits.
