The Supreme Court on Wednesday warned the public regarding advertisements for resource materials circulating in social media and messaging platforms purporting to be a compilation of cases by Associate Justice Amy Lazaro-Javier, chairperson of this year’s Bar Examinations.

In a notice, the High Court said the post offers a bundle of digital review materials comprising “PDF Case Digest by Justice Amy C. Lazaro-Javier” and “Compilation of Full-Text Cases by Justice Lazaro-Javier,” giving the wrong impression that the said materials were authored or otherwise authorized to be released by the Office of the 2025 Bar Chairperson.

She said Bar examinees are encouraged to exercise the highest degree of caution at this pivotal period of their career. The Bar chair likewise underscored that aspiring lawyers must rely on their might rather than on dubious sources of information.Tags
