We asked him 20 questions.P.E.I.'s Richard Wood has played for prime ministers, governors general, British royalty and a Japanese emperor. - ContributedMy father, Terry, was from Souris, P.E.I. but I grew up in East Royalty. I now live in Albany, P.E.I., with my wife, Faye and our son, Michael. After being on the road, P.E.I. is the absolute best place to come home to.That if I hadn’t became an artist, I would have likely followed in my father’s footsteps and joined the Army.
On P.E.I., we are blessed with some of the best golf courses in the world so during the summer, I try to get out golfing as much as I can. Through the the winter, I catch as many NFL games as I can. I’m a diehard New England Patriots fan.We have been digitizing old VHS tapes my parents recorded, always updating and adding video from them to the montages in my Through the Years show.
