BAGUIO CITY – The City Veterinary and Agriculture Office reported Sunday, Sept. 4, that 20,000 dogs have been registered pursuant to the Responsible Pet Ownership ordinance here.

Dr. Michael Takinan, CVAO Veterinarian I, stated that most of those who had their dogs registered preferred the dog tagging method while only one percent availed of micro-chipping.
