The mother is believed to have forgotten to drop her off at a child care centre, say police.
PETALING JAYA: The police are investigating an incident involving a two-year-old girl who died after she was left in a vehicle for eight hours in Ara Damansara.
He said the initial investigation found that the mother had sent two of her children to school at 7am before making her way to a child care centre to drop off the toddler. “She returned home and only realised that the child was unconscious in the car at 3.35pm,” he said in a statement.
