Nineteen food premises were ordered closed during an integrated operation conducted by the Selangor Health Department in Kuala Langat and Hulu Selangor yesterday.
“The eateries ordered closed under the Food Act 1983 were given 14 days to clean up the premises while those violating the RMCO SOP were ordered to be closed for seven days,” he said in a statement, here today. Another 162 notices were issued to premises owners and workers for various offences under the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009.
