MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard on Saturday said their personnel saved a 14-year-old boy from drowning in Manila Bay.
The PCG personnel of BRP Melchora Aquino, which was docked in the Port Area, found the boy 400 meters away from the vessel at around 2:00 pm on Friday.The child, who was a resident of Quiapo, Manila was holding onto a styrofoam box and plastic bottles which kept him afloat.FEATURED STORIES
